Apple unveiled its iPhone 5, a faster, thinner, larger device that includes a new glass and aluminum casing along with a raft of additional software features at a cost of $199 to $399. Sales will begin in nine countries on Sept. 21. Reviews were mixed, with some extolling the improvements as subtle but important while others decried the lack of a "wow" factor. "Overall, though, Apple seems to have put its focus on the important things you want in an app phone," said New York Times reviewer David Pogue.
